Wheatgrass “Grasshopper” Smoothie Recipe

In wheatgrass smoothie, the valuable wheat grass plays the main role.   • 1 handful of wheatgrass
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp Moringa
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 apple
  • some water as needed

  • Clean ingredients and cut to the size of the mix.
  • Halve the avocado, core it and remove the pulp!
  • First put the pink layer in the blender and mix until smooth consistency!
  • Then put the green layer in the blender and mix to the smooth consistency!
