Easy Wheatgrass Recipe for Beginners

Do you already know the news? Wheatgrass is available in all our stores. The leaves are rich in nutrients, have a high concentration of chlorophyll, and are a source of fiber, vitamins A, C and E.

In recipe below, we will suggest one of the forms of consumption: by preparing the juice, which you can do in your home. The recommended consumption is 30ml to 80ml of this juice.

Serving Suggestion: Wheatgrass Juice

The ingredients used in this recipe can be found  health food stores  and farmers markets.

• 1 glass of water

• 1 bunch of wheat grass

• 1 slice of pineapple

• Honey or brown sugar (optional)

Method of preparation:

Beat everything in a blender for about 40 seconds. Strain and drink preferably soon after, if desired add ice.
