6 Healthy Wheatgrass Smoothies You Should Try!

If you do not always want to enjoy your freshly squeezed wheatgrass juice, but also want variety, then you will be interested in the now presented 6 wheatgrass smoothies! These smoothies are full of vitamins and nutrients – they give you energy for the whole day.   • 1/4 pineapple
  • 40 g wheatgrass OR
  • 20 ml wheatgrass juice
  • 3-4 leaves
  • mint
  • 250 ml water
  • Glass full of crushed ice

Peel bananas, core dates and wash spinach. Then mix all ingredients in the blender and mix for 60-90 seconds. If you use wheatgrass juice, just add it shortly before the end.

Peel and quarter the pineapple. The stalk does not have to be removed, the mixer can do it. Mix the remaining ingredients in the blender and 60-90 seconds. If you use wheatgrass juice, just add it shortly before the end.

The best for last. My absolute favorite among the wheatgrass smoothies is the wheatgrass Pinacolada. It tastes very light and you are mentally moved to sun, beach, palm trees and the sea.
